In addition to the focus on safe job sites, LCG retains third-party professional safety services for monthly job site audits and task-specific consultation.
MICHAEL SMITH
Vice President of Construction
Michael currently serves as Vice President of Construction for Lucas Construction Group. Michael is responsible for strategy, client relations, and business development. Michael’s collaborative leadership style will also support providing program oversight to deliver a high level of responsive communication and service to clients.
Michael brings 35 years of unique and extensive industry experience in design, development, and construction. Michael has delivered Public and Private projects and programs across the United States & Canada encompassing Commercial, Hospitality, Aerospace, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing. Prior to joining, Michael was a Regional Executive Leader with an ENR top 75 general contractor. Other past roles include Director of Construction, Senior Owners Representative, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, and General Contractor. Michael is a champion of process standardization, process improvement, and safety as the foundation to meet and exceed company and client expectations and delivering the project’s vision.
